Dancing in high heels can be intimidating… especially if you’ve never performed before.
But our classes are specially designed so dancers of any skill level can move their bodies and have a great time doing it.
We start with simple body movements that help you shake off the hesitation of dancing with heels. As you progress, you’ll learn more complex and refined dance moves – and unlock the badass energy you need to rock it in front of an audience.
We have two phenomenal 13-week dance semesters to offer per year - one starting in the fall, and one in the spring. For the winter, we have offer a four week technique tune up session so you can join us whenever you feel ready!

NO experience necessary! Everyone is welcome to join us as we break down the basics and have fun. We’ll start with our beginner's syllabus that includes melting pots, hip drills, and rib isolations (and don’t worry – we’ll dance you through them step by step!).
Best for folks that have danced before. You should have an understanding of the basic heels techniques and be comfortable strutting it out.
Once you’ve nailed the foundations, you’re ready to step to the next level. You’ll need to be able to transition from floor to standing effortlessly.
To move up to our intermediate class, you must be able to sell every second on stage, quickly retain choreography, and execute floorwork with ease.

Taught by our fabulous founder Heidi and only for the most experienced dancers. You’ll nail complex sequences, level up your skills, and amaze yourself with what your body can do.
